Chicken Tikka


Well, it is easy to see where my favourite food comes from!!! Here is another very easy recipe for a classic starter... or you can eat this as a main course with a fresh green salad.
Here is what you need:
1 pint natural live yoghurt
1 tbspn cumin
1 tbspn garam masalla
1 tspn coriander powder
1 tspn turmeric
1 tspn chilli powder
Juice from 1 lemon
8 cloves of garlic
1 inch of grated ginger
red food colouring
4 chicken breasts - cubed.
Combine all the ingredients and leave to stand in the fridge for as long as possible, even overnight if you can. Turn on the grill to high and leave to preheat for at least 20 minutes.
Skewer the cubed meat and arrange on a non-stick baking sheet. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes turning regularly. Nice and easy!!!!
